The Torah belongs to every Jew. No one who desires to study Torah shall be turned away for financial reasons.

For your convenience we are providing information concerning available scholarships and financial assistance.

Tuition

Tuition and Fees for the 2012-2013 academic year are $18,000. This amount includes a $75 non-refundable registration fee, tuition, room and board, and activities fee. The flight and health insurance are not included. Inquiries concerning fees for out of dorm students are welcomed.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance

MASA

MASA is a joint project of the Jewish Agency and the Israel Government to provide significant grants and scholarships to applicants between the ages of 18 and 31 attending a learning program in Israelfor at least 5 months.  MASA offers an automatic grant of $4500 for a 10 month program for college graduates from North Americaand a $1000 grant for college graduates from other countries.  In addition, MASA offers scholarships based on financial needs which together with the grant could reach a maximum of $10,0000.

Jewish Federations

Most local Jewish Federations in North America offer scholarships. To find your local federation website, see the Jewish Federation List: Click Here. The Hagshama Web site also lists a large number of local federations.
INSIDER TIP: You must CALL the federation office and speak directly with the Financial Aid Director or to the person in charge of scholarships to find out if you‘re eligible to apply to any of their scholarships. DO NOT email them.

Long Term Interest Free Loan

The Yeshiva offers long term interest free loans payable when the student enters the work force.

Yeshiva Scholarship

In addition to the resources delineated above, the yeshiva offers scholarships based upon need. These scholarships are available to the student who has exhausted personal, scholarship and loan resources such as MASA and local Jewish federations, and is in need of additional financial aid.
